Girls Golf

Times and locations of all events may vary due to weather and field availability.  

  • If you have any questions, please contact your coach.   

  • Remember to bring water, equipment, and appropriate practice attire for all training activities.

 

Attention Oakmont Girls, Come Join the Oakmont Girls Golf Team. All levels of Experience!!!

We welcome anyone interested, no matter your level of play.  This is your chance to play a sport that combines both individual and team play at a Varsity Level.  It is a great way to make high school friends, enjoy the outdoors, and learn a skill that you can take into your post-high school life.  So, if you enjoy competition against yourself and others, become a Viking Golfer.

The OHS Golf is part of the Pioneer Valley League. It is an eight-team league comprised of Oakmont, Bear River, Colfax, Lincoln, Lindhurst, Marysville, Mira Loma and Wheatland High Schools. We are looking forward to the upcoming season and some great competition.

2025 Information

Preseason Practice

  • Have to have Athletic Clearance to Participate. Information for this will be available in May.

  • Preseason practice will begin near the end of July first week of August.  Exact date TBD.

Athletic Clearance

  • Oakmont website > Athletics > Athletic Clearance > (Print or see Ms. de la Cruz in the front office for tickets to tryout)

  • YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE UNTIL YOU ARE CLEARED 

Scrimmages - We will play at least 1 scrimmage (Times and Location to be determined)

  • Locations may vary.

First League Match - TBD. Schedules not available at this time.

  • The schedule is subject to change, so please refer to our Oakmont Golf Schedule for updates and changes.

Parent Info Meeting 6:30-7:30 pm in the Room 210 @ Oakmont– Date TBD (early August)

  • Finalize team uniforms and needs for the season.

Home Course

  • Oakmont currently uses Diamond Oaks Golf Course as our home course.
