Scholarships

The Regional Scholarship Sheet is a list of both local and national scholarships that have been gathered over the years by all 6 RJUHSD High Schools.

 2. Click on the blue "make a copy" button to make your own copy.

3.  Filter the scholarships based on your grade, deadline, or location.

•  It's recommended to filter by "Local" first and complete those scholarships that apply to you. You have a higher probability of winning a "Local" scholarship than a "National" one.
• The Regional Scholarships & Contests are not affiliated with your school or district. It is your responsibility to submit your applications and documents based on the instructions provided. 
• The "Application Opens" date and the "Approximate Deadline" date are approximations and may differ from year to year. It's your responsibility to verify these dates.

• Check the scholarship opportunities available at the college you will be attending. Each college has its own specific scholarships.
   

• Ask your parents or guardians to ask their employer(s), banks, clubs, memberships, etc. if they offer a scholarship for dependents. (If you're employed, ask your employer.)
   

• Start looking for scholarships as early as 9th Grade! There are opportunities available for all grade levels of high school.
   

• Apply for multiple scholarships!
   

• Dedicate time every week to review the scholarship lists for new scholarships and to complete the application and essay(s) required.
   

• Many scholarships have similar essay prompts. You can re-use essays by making a few changes.
   

• You should never have to pay to apply for a scholarship.

CSF Application

CSF honors outstanding high school students for their academic excellence and community service and is recognized by colleges and universities throughout the country.

Students may join CSF by simply applying for membership after each term’s grading period of high school (fall term and spring term). Students may apply for membership should they meet the eligibility requirements. The eligibility requirements are on the CSF application form. Please note that students are not automatically inducted into CSF; they must apply for membership each term.

If a student is a member in CSF for at least four (4) terms by graduation (only sophomore through junior years with at least one semester from their senior year), they are granted the title of CSF Gold Seal bearer. They are presented gold stolls and tassels to be worn at graduation. They are also eligible for one of the many scholarships that CSF awards every year.

Freshmen may join CSF after they have completed one term of high school.

The membership/application fee is $12 each term.
