Wellness Center

RJUHSD Wellness Centers are a safe place on every school campus where students, parents and staff can access support and resources to promote positive mental health. 
 
Your Wellness Center focuses on the following five areas of need:
Mental Health  - Substance Use & Prevention  - Attendance & Truancy Support  -

Parent Referral to Wellness

Parents can directly refer their student for support through the Wellness Center. This link will take you to the Parent Referral form.  Following your referral, Wellness Center staff will reach out to you to get more information regarding your students' needs. 

Student Self-Referral to Wellness

Students can directly refer themselves for support through the Wellness Center. This link will take you to the Student Self-Referral form.  When a student makes a self-referral, parents are contacted prior to the Wellness Center staff meeting with the student.  Following parent permission, Wellness Center staff will meet with the student to determine the appropriate level of support.
